An entrepreneur and technologist who founded Coinut Pte Ltd in 2013 while completing his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the National University of Singapore — making it Singapore's longest-running crypto business.
He first built his track record in quantitative forex trading before moving into blockchain development, and in 2017 co-founded the Litecoin Foundation alongside Charlie Lee.
Based in Singapore, he continues to be guided by a passion for innovation, freedom, and the seamless flow of value across borders.
Jingli Cai
CTO & Co-Founder
With over 10 years of full-stack development experience, Jingli leads COINUT's technology strategy, system architecture and information security programme.
His expertise spans automation, information retrieval, and building secure, scalable web and mobile systems — with controls aligned to the PDPA, PSA and ISO/IEC 27001 embedded into COINUT's engineering process.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from East China Normal University and a Master's in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
